Once the payment/transaction is done, the order is considered as finalized and customer agreed to all the T&C though-out the order process.
General Terms & Conditions for Exchange:
- Goods sold are not refundable or exchange, unless otherwise specified damage or defective.
- Damage or defective: Buyer must report to us within 3 days, you can reach us at +6019-283 9389 or [email protected] during office hour.
- Damage or defective: Items must be unused and in original condition. Hand tags and packaging must be attached to the item. (For instant to return a pair of products, the return package must include all of original packaging)
- Damage or defective: During transit of all product postage fee will be borne by buyer.
