Yes, all shipments shipped out with J&T EXPRESS will come with a tracking number which will be provided to you in email and can be used to locate your parcel at https://www.jtexpress.my/track.php
We will process your order within 3-7 working days.
The cost of shipping depends on your destination, as well as the total weight of your parcel. This cost may be obtained when you have added your items to the Shopping Cart, and enter your address into the Shipping Calculator.
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the shipping address from “My Account”. If your order has not yet shipped, however, you may be able to make the necessary change by contacting us at +6019-283 9389 or [email protected]. If your order has already been shipped out, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Once an order has been placed, we do not allow for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.
